Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers how TNPSC Group 4 delivers digital access and any optional physical study materials after successful payment (including PhonePe checkout).

1. Digital Delivery (Primary)

Premium plans, mock tests, and e-content are delivered instantly online after payment confirmation:

  • Access is unlocked in your TNPSC Group 4 app / web account.
  • A confirmation SMS or email is sent to your registered contact.
  • No courier shipping is required for digital products.

If access is delayed beyond 30 minutes after successful payment, contact support with your transaction ID.

2. Physical Product Shipping (If Ordered)

Printed kits or books (when offered) are shipped within India as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery time: typically 4–10 business days depending on pincode.
  • Partner: India Post / reputable courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital products: no shipping fee.
  • Physical kits: shipping fee (if any) is shown at checkout before payment.
  • Remote or special-delivery locations may have additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

For physical orders, tracking details are shared by SMS/email once the package is dispatched. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

5. Delays & Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to courier strikes, weather, festival rush, incorrect address, or recipient unavailability. Failed deliveries returned to us may require re-shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship physical products only within India. Digital content remains available worldwide where the app can be accessed.
