Return Policy

This Return Policy explains when returns are possible for TNPSC Group 4 study materials purchased through our app or website.

1. Digital Products (No Physical Return)

Digital items such as online test series, e-notes, recorded classes, and app subscriptions cannot be returned once access is granted to your account. For payment issues, please refer to our Refund Policy.

2. Physical Study Kits (If Applicable)

If you ordered a printed book set or physical kit, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only when:

  • The package arrived damaged, incomplete, or with wrong items.
  • You share unboxing photos/videos and the order ID within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Books/materials are unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used printed materials.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Any fully digital download or in-app unlock.

4. Return Process

  1. Email support@tnpscgroup4.app with order details and issue description.
  2. Wait for return authorization and pickup/courier instructions.
  3. Ship the item as guided. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

After inspection, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Replacement Timeline

Approved replacements for physical kits are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
